Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as experienced rough framers. This role involves working on high-end custom residential construction projects, including structural steel and rough wood framing. You’ll be part of a team that values quality craftsmanship and precision.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to job sites.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrates a commitment to quality work and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights of up to 50 feet.
  • Outdoor Work: Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Endurance: Able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical movements for extended periods.
  • Construction Knowledge: Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices is preferred but not required.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude: Works well with others and contributes to a positive work environment.
